I am in my 5th year of teaching fourth grade at Pickens Academy. I also taught first grade for four years so I have wonderful memories of some of these children in first grade! I have a BS degree from Mississippi State in Home Economics and a Masters degree in Elementary Education from the University of West Alabama. I am married to Mark Gilliam who works at WAB in Aliceville. We have three children; Katherine, Rebecca, and Mark Everett. All three are students at Pickens Academy. Our home is in Aliceville. I am delighted to be back in fourth grade with these precious children!

Thank you so much for taking the time to fill this website with information. I love the class list. I have needed one before and asked for the lunch list. I enjoyed the “About” you information. I already had the supply list but when their are children with divorced parents sometimes the information doesn’t make the full round. Ha. I saw where you are prepared for the homework list – thanks again. Last but not least I saw the information about the Moundville trip -sounds like a great year already.
